I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Instawork (San Francisco, CA) in May 2019
Interview
Pretty normal process. Three hour long sessions with three different members of the staff. Two of the sessions were typical algorithm and software design questions. One session was more of a general discussion about experience with a few random technical questions sprinkled in. Overall it was a positive experience, the interviewers were very friendly and eased any stress typically associated with the process.
