Unprofessional. I was asked to select a time to interview, I confirmed that same day with recruiter, and received a reminder from Calendly but somehow was ghosted. Then was contacted by another recruiter who set up a call on another day, rescheduled last minute and was late on the rescheduled appt. He didnt have much to say about the company culture besides the money. Wasnt a good fit.

Met with the recruiter she seemed young but it was your typical screening call. salary is 70 which is pretty good for industry. basically a temporary staffing app for employers like hotels and catering businesses

Interview felt very forced, like I was one of so many. There wasn't a ton of personalization and conversation outside of questions about the company only. I did not feel like the interviewer wanted to know about my values, ethics, or who I am. Overall, I did not feel excited about the role or the company.
