+Katie was a great recruiter. -Unfortunately, the hiring manager whom appears to be an executive was arguably, one of the worst interviewers I've experienced. They cut the interview short to 10 minutes and told me that they "don't like doing interviews" and "didn't come prepared with any specific questions" and didn't even introduce themself. The only question I got asked is why I was interested in the role. Hiring manager couldn't talk about any projects for this role or what day-to-day really looked like. The style of how this "interview" was conducted was impossible to navigate, making it feel more like a personality assessment than an interview. I rarely leave any feedback on Glassdoor but given that this was an executive, it seems indicative of the type of environment at Instawork.
