The first interview is a phone screen with the HR person, pretty straightforward. Next was a meeting with the Sales Manager and last round is a mock demo. Quick process.

What do you think the most difficult part of job will be (can't say learning the product)
Process was fine. Had applied for a senior role and they agreed to interview me. However during the first call the recruiter immediately tried to lowball me and ask if I was okay without the senior title. I decided to entertain the idea but the second round was extremely disrespectful. They had me interview with someone who was about a month into the role, and had someone “shadow” him. It seemed like I was being used for practice for this manager to learn how to interview people. Do better and don’t offer a screen for a lower pay than I agreed for just to waste my time with a non decision maker.
