Interview
There was nothing special about this interview, which was an initial phone screen. It just took a while for them to get back to me with their decision afterwards. They sent a canned email that said the position had been filled by a "qualified applicant." This only begs the question: If you didn't think I was qualified, why did you waste my time and yours by interviewing me? I thought I was qualified, which is why I applied in the first place, but if they didn't think I was qualified, I don't know why they bothered interviewing me.
