Had two phone conversations, which went well, and then went in for an in-person panel interview. Two of the expected interviewers didn't show up to the interview and one had to leave early. One of the interviewers (the only other female in the room) glared at me the whole time. The questions were appropriate but some of the non-verbals weren't that friendly. The process itself was very disappointing because the main hiring manager seemed very approachable and knowledgeable, someone who would probably be nice to work with. However, one of the other decision-makers wasn't that friendly and didn't seem interested in me from the get-go (so waste of time).
Biggest disappointment was that I sent a follow-up thank you message after the interview and never got confirmation from the recruiter that it was shared. In fact, I never heard from the recruiter again. If you invest time to go in for an in-person interview you shouldn't get "ghosted" by the organization. Very disappointing experience overall. It takes two minutes to follow-up with a candidate afterwards so that you don't leave them hanging with a bad taste in their mouth.
