I met with 5 staff members, including the president, in approximately 30 minute slots. Each individual was already preliminary aware of my resume and background. I met with them individually. I was also asked to give a presentation on a topic of their choosing. I was asked to give a speech at a council meeting concerning eminent domain. They wanted to see if I was capable to speak in front of people and call them to action, while also able to handle conflict.
