We set up a remote interview through Skype, got interviewed in 15 mins, and then got added to the training Skype chat which i am currently in. They said that the training will be 2 hours a day for 6 days out of 2 weeks, they give you a script to practice and explain anything you may need to understand about the script and the job. At the end there will be a final role play session where you will be tested on how fit you are for the job by giving you a score based on your professionalism, patience, smooth talking and listening skills.
