Going through the motion just to go through the motion is not being very transparent. It was awkward from the beginning to the end. My 1st interview felt force and my 2nd interview just felt force. My final interview was 30 minutes.

The hiring manager seemed extremely anxious and in a rush to get the interview over. I honestly don't know. It just felt like a ramble and inconvenience.
