TA scheduled and re-scheduled last minute several times. Was late to the actual conversation. When an interview with the hiring manager finally got scheduled, it got re-scheduled automatically to a 7PM EST zone. No communication or even a question if I was available at that late hour. The hiring manager mentioned it's 7PM my time but didn't seem to appreciate the effort - it felt like more of an expectation.
