I had a telephone discussion with the recruiter who had seen my CV online and also members of the IT team both in London and the Palo Alto offices. The discussion was based on my experience within IT and the technologies I had worked with in the past and also how I deal with providing technical support to all different types of people, from VIPs to the less experienced. Then I had a 1:1 meeting within the London office with both a member of HR and and once again a member of the IT team. It was a very relaxed interview to see if I would be a good fit for the organisation and to see if I would be a good fit for the team within the UK offices.
