The recruiter reached out to me about the position on linkedin. She setup a call with me within 24 hours. We spoke for an hour about the company, the culture, the hiring manager, role and my experience. The following week I met with the hiring manager, VP of Operations and Director of Customer Success for hour long interviews. The recruiter stayed in contact via phone and text messages the entire time. I spoke with the hiring manager one last time and was made an offer. The entire interview process took 1.5 weeks which is amazing because you usually wait a week to hear back about the next interview.
