Not bad - there was an initial phone screening with a recruiter/hiring manager, followed by interviews with 3-4 people individually. They typically get back to people within a reasonable amount of time.
Many rounds of interviews, all 1 on 1 but great opportunity to get to know and learn about the company. Interview process was fairly quick too with HR being very responsive

Multiple interview rounds - however questions were not repetitive and I was kept informed throughout on next steps. There was also a group interview with the team without management which was a great way to view the company culture and if I felt it would be a good fit.
