      Associate User Experience Designer Interview

      Feb 4, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intapp in Dec 2021

      Interview

I had a really great experience interviewing at Intapp. The process took 1 month in total. There were multiple interview rounds (all remote via Zoom): initial recruiter screening (45 min), casual conversational interview with upper management (45 min), casual conversational interview with team member (45 min), final round design whiteboarding challenge with the manager (60 min). Throughout the process, the recruiter kept me very well informed and helped schedule the process to ensure I would be able to meet deadlines with other companies I was interviewing with. Each person I spoke to made me feel very comfortable during the interviews and took time and interest in answering my questions at the end. During the final round design whiteboarding challenge, I felt encouraged and supported while working through the interesting problem. Overall, I appreciated the personal interest each interviewer took in me during the process and being updated in a transparent and timely fashion by the recruiter.
