It was fairly typical with an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by a virtual interview with a manager, then an onsite panel interview with several managers/employees. I thought it went well, so I was surprised by the lack courtesy and professionalism when I never heard from them again. If you work as a recruiter or even as a hiring manager you should have the integrity to reach out to someone and let them know if you're going in a different direction.
