Interview
Interview process itself was very good. It consisted of one online round, 1 telephonic rounds, and 3 final rounds.
Online round was an IQ and personality test.
Phone interview was a comprehensive mix of DS/Algorithms questions not Leetcode.
Final Interview consisted of a behavioral, Leetcode, and DS/Algorithms round.
Last interviewer was not prepared at all and actually asked me to give him questions to ask myself.
Got an exploding offer that expires in 3 days, I attempted to extend the deadline because I was waiting for a reply from another interview but they refused. I tried to clarify on offer specifics and offer was rescinded 1 day before deadline.
I've heard good things about the engineering culture here, but the handling of the offer negotiations at the end tarnished what was an overall good interview experience.
