Phone interview w/ Talent Acquisition, then Zoom panel interview with two HRBPs. Talent Acquisition was super friendly and thorough. The HRBPs interview felt like they were sheepishly fishing for advice and process info. of other employers - questions unrelated to the actual role. Role is 100% backend HR, similar to an HR shared services center, chat-bot, or outsourced function.
