The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Alor Setar) in Jan 2018
Interview
applied online. took months for them to process and schedule an interview (TERRIBLE PROCESS MANAGEMENT). Do note that I worked at other big tech companies before and it was not as bad as this. (TOO MANY APPLICANT IS NOT AN EXCUSE) interview result also have to wait 2weeks before another interview if you passed it.
i was interviewed by different managers for different team. Each team have very specified roles so different managers may want to hire you for your different skills. i read from online that the people at Intel can be arrogant and condescending (talk as if your previous experiences are like peanut to them) and that’s true for a few sessions of my interview but not all of them are like that. Some managers do understand the hard work needed for even the simplest jobs. Simple /= easy ok!
Overall, the whole experience gave me a glimpse of the company which is highly inefficient, old fashion (tech company also possible) and probably political (assumption based on observation during interview).

I applied online. I interviewed at Intel Corporation
Interview
It was a very professional interview. The interviewers were very friendly and insightful. There weren't any technical questions asked during the interview. The job description was explained in detail. I learned a lot about their company culture during the interview. They have very flexible working hours and they do offer the option to work from home.
Smooth, technical question. 8 interviewers with different departments and only 2-3 people that will interview you. Might be based on suitability of your profile to their department. Overall a smooth process and the professionalism of the interviewer is very good.
