Appiled online, got a phone screening interview and then was invited on site at Hillsboro, OR Had face to face interview with their team of newly hired engineers and a senior guy who was leaving the group. The hiring manager was least bothered. It appeared like they knew whom they wanted to hire and had called me just to complete the quorum.
