Question 1
Situational questions and experience, why I want to work here.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2022
Interview
- Applied
- One month later interview scheduled
- Interview consisted of 5 behavioural questions which were obviously which were read by 5 different interviewers - the type that are like lose/lose situations dealing with customers or teamwork
I could clearly tell they were pre-written and the interviewers were reading them out
Strangest interview format I have ever experienced and none of the questions asked had any relation to the jobs skills or technologies
I can only assume its a "we've always done it this way" kind of approach
- Another month later and generic rejection email received
