I was interviewed by a panel of 2/3 through a phone call through the company's network. It started with pleasantries and I got good compliments about my resumé. The main interviewer introduced me to the company and what the job was about, then asked me to introduce myself to the panel. I was asked about my skills and qualifications. I was also questioned about my interest in the position and the field, especially since I have no qualification in that field. The interview went well but I didn't get the position.
