Interview
First, there was a brief (30 minute) phone screening interview with a recruiter. I was then flown on site for a full day interview, involving a presentation and several 1:1s with different managers. There was also a lunch with a couple of current employees of Intel, so there was some opportunity for discussion of what the work environment was like with potential future colleagues.

They mostly asked about what I worked on in graduate school. They were trying to probe my depth of knowledge and see if I could explain technical concepts clearly.
Very easy interview process. It took 3 months to get the offer. great work experience, poor management. strict deadlines. stressful, no work life balance, low salary, poor communication between upper management and engineers. lots of office politics
