Many years ago (and today as I understand), Intel did does behavioral interviewing. There are some technical questions, but most is about describing a situation in which you had to deal with a difficult person on your team. Or a situation when you had to clarify goals with you boss. Or a situation .... Intel was my SECOND time doing behavioral interviewing and I was happy for the previous experience.
