I was accepted solely because of my good GPA and some embedded systems coursework experience (my resume was pretty bad in hindsight). I was invited to an onsite interview in Toronto with three half hour rounds. The questions were on the tougher end - started off with describing the A* algorithm.

I was being interviewed for the Programmable Solutions Group. It consists primarily of technical questions and a final discussion about interests of both sides. The technical questions were hard, but you could step through it under the guidance of the interviewer.
