First, Recruiter contaced me 4 days after resume submission and we had a 30mins phone call. After that, I had an interview with 3 employees. Lastly, I had an 1on1 interview (twice: 20 mins) with other managers. And I got an offer letter at that day. Overall process was nice and it took 3 weeks.
