Intel Corporation Senior Component Design Engineer Grade 7 interview questions

Quick and easy. I knew many of the interviewers from past employer. Biggest hurdle was in understanding whether I was a fit for the role they were filling. Within the year since I was hired, I have watched this process change. Now, the emphasis is on filling race and gender quotas. I was hired before the hiring managers were handcuffed to direct most of their hiring from specific race/gender qualifications. Part of the interview process was selling the site/location.
