I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InteliSecure (Denver, CO) in Oct 2013
Interview
I found the process to be quite efficient and transparent. Once I was initially contacted follow up and further communications were timely and as promised. The interview itself was not bad. I met with several different people and there were really about 4-5 interviews conducted. When one person left the room another 1, 2, or 3 would come in for the next round. All told the questions were quite simple and straight forward.
Really the only thing that was annoying was that every new person that came into the interview inevitably asked the "Tell me about yourself" question, which became banal by the end of everything. But that was my biggest quibble.
Clearly they're looking for a culture fit because the position itself seemed to be quite easy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I wasn't expecting to be asked about salary demands at this stage in the process, so I may have bumbled that question.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at InteliSecure (Englewood, CO) in Sep 2013
Interview
I applied for this position through LinkedIn and was contacted aprox three weeks later if I would be willing to have a 30 minute phone interview the following week with this person and one other. Of course! I received a phone call from the two precisely on time. The interview went well (or so I thought). They asked several questions about my past experience, if I knew what it is BEW does, why I was interested in the company, etc. At the conclusion of the interview, it was offered up TWICE that I would receive a call regarding their decision either way the very next day. That day came and past; as did the next. The morning of the third day, I called to inquire about the decision. The phone rang twice and went to voicemail. It was apparent the person on the other end hit the ignore button and sent me straight to voicemail. 15 minutes later, I received a canned email stating I was not chosen and they would not be moving forward with my interview process. This appears to be the company standard after having read the other reviews here on Glassdoor.

Interview
Gauntlet interview process, where a bunch of different employees and managers all individually or in teams come ask questions. It was exhausting, and many of the people all asked the same questions, and they were almost never of much substance.
