I was referred to the position and shortly after I was contacted by the recruiter. I was asked a few qualification questions and was told that I would receive another phone interview. The next interview lasted about an hour and went over qualifications and leadership scenarios. The recruiter called me back the next day and set an in-person interview. The next interview lasted about four hours and consisted of several groups ranging from analysts to several other team leads, and finally ending with the program manager. The entire interview seemed to based around a culture fit. The entire staff was friendly and I would recommend applying.
