I had a quick phone interview which was very casual and informative. It was a general overview of the position/company and what I would be doing there. This led to another interview over the phone with another person I would be working with. The third week, I was asked to come into their office. I took off work to go in, which I was more than willing to do as I thought things were going well and I fit in well. The interview went well, I met with 4 people separately over the course of 3 hours discussing my fit for the position, the company's goals for the position, and my experience. I haven't heard a thing since, despite following up multiple times. But my impression of the company other than that was positive, during the time I had interviewing with them.
