Applied online and within a few days had an interview setup with the recruiter. Recruiter emailed me a more detailed job description and we setup a 20 minute conversation. This was a phone/Zoom screen. At the end the recruiter noted that I would be a good fit and said that he would get back with me within 2 days with the next steps. After 3 weeks I heard nothing. I reached out once through email about 10 days after the initial interview asking for a status. Still nothing. I am disappointed in the follow through even after they gave me a defined date/time of a response.
