The recruitment process at Intellibus was exceptional. A recruiter set up an initial zoom interview. The interviewer asked a few broad questions about my background and then specific questions that were connected to the job description. I then had to take a GQ 1.5 hr exam. It was difficult but similar to other test I've taken (similar to Federal job application test, logical ability, problem solving, people management). I had my results back the same day and provided feedback on my application status. Followed by another longer interview. In all it took about 2 weeks to complete the entire process.
