Very strange process. They reached out to me and I went through interviews with the recruiter, another engineer, some incredibly poorly implemented tests, and finally with the CEO. Most of it went fine until the CEO interview. He obviously hadn't seen my resume, seemed rushed and uninterested from the very start. Zero personality and an overall bad experience. And, for reference, any company that uses WhatsApp as your communication platform doesn't make me think you're a real company.
