Hiring HR managers are unaware about Technical requirements. After multiple interviews, they stopped communicating and refused to provide exact status i.e. Selected or Rejected or Onhold. In case resource is not to be hired why they are wasting time for interviewer and interviewee by scheduling multiple rounds. Rejection can be done post 1st or 2nd round of interview itself. Before interviews, HR called multiple times (I got 11 times max a day) and change interview schedule.

Horrible Interview experience for Technical Lead position - It took 1.5 months starting from 20th November 2019 to 31st December 2019 - total 5 rounds of interview are done so far and HR personnel still says that we have one more round left. Are you guys serous? If the interview process is this then what can you expect about their working working style.
