Inteplast Group interview questions

There was no interview. You hire on with a contract agency and once you demonstrate ability, you roll over to the company. Very simple process. It takes about 6-9 months to roll over though. As long as you can handle the 12 hour shift work, it's well worth the wait.

Overall, I was asked basic questions. Conversation was not bad. He wanted to check how I understand knowledge and work skill as team member. I answered appropriate answers when I get questions. It took 1 hour when it is done and they usually call you after one week if they like to hire you or no call.
