Interview
I got the call by replying to an ad put up in my college. I first got a phone call from a Lead Engineer of a team. He asked me resume-based questions and was interested in one project in particular that matched their current needs.
On clearing that, I got a call for an on-site interview. I was interviewed by the lead engineer, the team manager and the technical director. They were 3 separate interviews that focused on my Java skills. They asked me to whiteboard coding for a few simple algorithmic / object oriented programming questions.
They got back in a week after that.

Design a directory object and write a function to delete the directory and all of its contents which could be files as well as other directories.
It was a two step interview process. It was easy since they wanted to know about me and why I wanted to work there and asked about my university degree. Also they tested my English knowledge
it was okay. The interview was not hard but was not easy. If you spend a good amount of time preparing, you should be fine. I really don't know what else to say

very techincal process. questions were very confusing and tough. Two rounds of job related and technical interviews and one HR round. There is no transportation facility provided and they ask for overtime
