It was my first-ever real interview, but it was fairly easy. It was evident that I was young and nervous, and they broke down the process for me. They were helpful and encouraging. They follow an outline of questions they're supposed to ask each candidate. I was hired on the spot. A 10 panel drug screen is administered upon hire.
