After the position closed, I received a letter inviting me to an interview. The time and place were very specific. I was interviewed by three individuals, including the current Hospital Social Worker. It took about 20 minutes. There were several other candidates who were interviewed as well. I received a letter to let me know that another candidate had been chosen.

Everyone was kind and welcoming and took turns going around the table asking questions about my work experience, hypothetical scenarios and how I would respond, strengths, weaknesses, etc. They were all relatively common interview questions. I did one at Lehi and Salt lake and both were similar format.
