I️ was asked to prepare a presentation on something related to the job I️ was applying for. There were multiple group interviews which occurred over the course of the day, lunch was included because the interview process took all day. I️ heard about the position within 2 weeks and started shortly thereafter.

Interview
The connection was made through an industry trade show where we recognized a mutual interest in each other. Following multiple conversations over plans for development of the position and expectations for what the position may hold, an agreement was made to follow up in person with a site visit. Arrangements for the site visit were made very easily and following a thorough interview process that included a 30 minute presentation an offer was made and accepted.
