You would think that it would be relatively easy for someone with over 20 years of career driving experience to get a PART TIME job working as a courier, wouldn't you? Not so with Intermountain Healthcare. From the time I first applied for this position until I finally received notice that they had decided to hire someone else for the job took 3 weeks. During this time, I received more than one email saying that they were reviewing my background and I was still being considered for the position. Two weeks after applying, they made me do a video interview for the job (you can use either a webcam or your smartphone to do this). They give you 5 practice questions to get familiar with the app you have to install to do the interview, but the actual questions you are asked aren't the same as the practice questions! This was the first time I had to do a video interview for ANY job I've ever applied for (let alone a part-time job), and I guess they weren't satisfied with the answers I gave them. A lot to go through for just a part-time position, in my opinion.
