The interview I was scheduled for was a group interview with the phlebotomy department manager and the phlebotomy shift manager. It was a straight forward review. They asked specific questions about my past experience, what I thought my weaknesses were, and why I thought I was the best candidate for the position.

Interview was short and was offer given in the spot. It was less then 15 minutes long and only interviewed with lab a manger. Started work with in a week.
