Interview
Weird, large group interview. I really wish they would stop doing this. It's awkward and not very helpful for the candidate or interview committee. The process was long and kind of cumbersome. The recruiter wasn't great, didn't know much about the position and wasn't timely in getting back to me. She also failed to let me know the status of my candidacy.
