Had a group online interview, similar to zoom. There were multiple ppl in the meeting which I thought was overboard. Like 8 different people watching and asking questions, it made it awkward and only one was really friendly. The questions didn’t apply to me because I was fresh out of school, and it made it hard to relate.

In person interview with nurse manager. The interviewer asked questions about work experience, coping skills, and what expectations I had for the position. Interviewer answered all my questions, gave me a tour, and overview of what a typical day looks like.
Standard interview with straightforward questions. They asked me all the questions that you would expect to be asked during nursing area and they were super friendly. The Interview was via Microsoft teams
