Interview over phone then follow up in person. I met with 3 people: hitting manager, unit miss level provider lead and the colleague I'd be working closest with all together in one meeting.
They reached out through email, set up a time to meet online, and then we met in person for a clinic walk through. Afterwards they had a week pass by before reaching out about additional meetings with other providers.
