A long time technician sat in on the interview as well which gave me the opportunity to see how the employee and administration interacted as well as determine if this was someone I would want to work with on a regular basis. The questions were pertinent and on topic to experience, background and how it may be applicable to this job. Were willing to train based on previous education and medical background.
