Interview
The interview was ~ 1 hour in length and included 7 people on the interview board that represented a wide selection of roles within the company. The tone was very friendly and casual. They took turns asking their pre planned questions (Some are listed below) as well as presenting a single medical scenario to work through.

Describe a time in which you had to adjust quickly to changes over which you had no control.
Tell us about a situation when you had to choose between two outcomes, neither of them were ideal. What was involved in the decision making? In hindsight, would you have made the same decision?
