Cedar City Hospital location. Quick 15 minute phone call. Next I was asked if I could do an in-person interview. They gave me 1 days notice and only 1 time option. I had a prior engagement at this time so I could not do it. When I told them this and suggested other dates/times that I could do, they never got back to me. Eventually, weeks later, I got an automatic email from HR informing me I did not get the position. So I was rejected for a position I was highly overqualified for, all because I was not able to drop everything in my life to attend an in-person interview that they gave me 1 days notice and 1 time option for. This is highly unprofessional. It also speaks to how they view you as an employee. Your time is not valuable. Your free time and your personal life will not be respected here if this is how they operate.
