The interview process is really informal. First spoke with the recruiter then to the office manager. It was a little all over the place and more so just making sure I could deal with patients and didn't intend on leaving.

3 or 4 of the clinic staff asked a series of questions, the interview lasted about 20 minutes and I was given time to ask questions. The interviewers were taking notes and I believe there is a point system involved for each candidate
