Intermountain Health Learning And Development Consultant interview questions

I had a virtual interview scheduled with the hiring manager. She was clearly not interested in my expertise, which I have extensive. There was no structure to the interview. She began by talking about the job and asked me if I had any questions forgetting to ask me about myself and work history. After awhile she realized it and then stated oh I forgot to ask you your background. I was only two sets in before she cut me off and said I don’t think this is the right job for you. I’d like to be transparent. I just think you’ll be bored; first of all I would never have applied to the job if I thought I would be bored. Why was I invited to the interview then? It was insulting for her to make assumptions and biases about me having just met me. She clearly was looking for something and I wasn’t it the moment she saw me. I am older and so I feel it may have been ageism.
