Interview
First a virtual screening interview with typical general questions about yourself without too much detail. On site interview based on behavioral questions, 6 different interviewer from engineering, all very nice. I felt comfortable all along

Tell me about a time you learned something by yourself, show group work experience, describe your work experience, where do you see yourself in 5 years
3 hours for 3 different interviews. They asked pretty much the same questions. Questions were behavior and experience focused. Interview was over zoom. Overall, the process wasn't difficult per say but definitely exhausting.
Phone Interview with a video call to follow up. Managers from different plants were on the call and asked questions about previous experience as well as personal questions to gauge if you're the right fit.
