They noted they always do 3 rounds of interviews. The first interview was with a recruiter/HR rep. Then there was a PowerPoint exercise (send a prompt and give you 3 hours to complete a powerpoint) and then I met with a upper level admin assistant (to the COO). After a week and a half I heard back that they would not be moving forward with my application for a third interview.
